abs

Post by guydabomb »

i'm planning on obtaining a six pack but don't know how often I should train abs. plan is to train them twice a week and do a variety of exercises to train upper abs, lower abs, and obliques. I plan on have 3-4 exercises for each part. The total routine is around 10-12 exercises for abs. I am doing 15 reps for all of them but don't know what the resting period should be in between sets. I am also planning to do 3 sets of each exercise. Am i doin too much? I would appreciate any tips/advice

abs comes from dieting down to low bady fat...i would rather you build them by overloading the spine with squats and deadlifts so that it has to stabilise your entire body...i don't do any crunches at all and haven't for yrs maybe some leg raises of some description though...aim for 3 full body workouts/week using multi joint lifts with short rest for fat loss and heavy squats, deadlifts, military presses for core/abs...if you have to do a quick 5min circuit for abs at the end of each session or on off days with cardio

I am working on abs too. I have a lot of fat to get rid of first. goal is for 6 pack abs one day, it is just taking longer that I ever thought.

I guess I just need to keep it up.
