yeah lol he is fav actor - well he says he got it in 6 months - countles hours in the gym - loads of miles running and enormous amounts of chicken, not really something you can keep in a normal lifestyle lol
usually when he aint training he is quite skinny really i think, but after the film he never went back to the gym until he had to for his next film, he just musnt be bothered bout how he looks
You aim really skinny i personally think ... In fact he have a low that's why in six month he looks sexy like this lol ... so no it's not impossible ...
For me I aim something ( Ultimate goal for sure) like Darrem Charles or Gustavo Badell
... ton of muscle maybe not the most sexy tought really impressive.
Another thing, I know this site is principally for fitness but personally first goal is too reach the highest as possible strengh, health and mass ... most for sport : Boxing

I wouldn't mind having a body like Bruce Lee..He had huge Lats. Plus he was 126 pounds and could curl 70-90 pound dumbells...That type of strength is amazing.
