well I can certainly say that the advice of bossman, swansow5 and many others who take time to read and repply silly quetsions have made all the difference between to me....I'm now spending 4 hours a week on the gym and seeing rsults which i couldn't have figured out all by myself

Your questions aren't silly.
The only time I've ever seen silly questions, I think was obvious ones like "Does Creatine shrink your Dick?" Usually from some 14/ 15 year old kid, with a stupid friend who told him it does.
Fortunately we don't seem to get that kind of person, who can't think for for themselves properly on here. At least all the under 18's we ever have on here, have some grasp of reality

No what you need to do, is get two of those little 1kg, 1.5kg coloured hand weights, with the little straps on them, wrap some string round the straps, get some tape and tape the ends of the strings, to either side of your whatnot, then proceed to Squat with the handweights dangling past your Nuts, and see if you can't bulk your Groin up a bit

I'd say for something that pointless, and silly, go for one massive failure set, and do it every day, like with Abs as some might say.
I mean for your average guilllable 14 / 15 year old, who has sky high Test levels, you want to be doing it like that daily, to get the fastest results.
A tougher more bulkier groin, would promote an increased libido and sexual ardour, which a pubescent boy will need in about 2-3 years, when he's ready and able to conquor the opposite .
At least that's an answer befitting such types of questions.
It's a classic how can you fool a kid, who chooses to listen to friends with bird brains.
The point being is, those of us with any kind of understanding about this vast human chasm, know what constitutes a stupid question, and the physical self is vast, with many different permutations and outcomes, that result from how you manipulate and sustain it, through exercise and nutrition.
Though the second point is, any kid with a shred of common sense, doesn't ask Creatine questions or such like, relating to their Phalus, they would dismiss their bird brain friend, as a buffoon, and question their judgement in friends.
It would probably be the same bird brain friend, who may well state, an E-Z bar would be a place to pick up "hot chicks"
Such are the unfathomable depths or levels of said friends idiocy.

Can't comment on the speed of gains at teen ages, but genetics plays a part as to whether someone is a quck or slow gainer, and things like training and diet too.
It's likely Ectomorphs could be quicker gainers than Meso or Endomorphs. as Ectos don't store Fat as easily, so the calories could be used to build muscle.
