i turn 18 in december, ive been in the gym doin weights for a while but i was wondering what the right program was to get bigger/stronger muscles, as in and how many sets and reps for particular muscle groups ect.. any other tips useful? also is it bad to switch a training program after a few months?
The only thing I would add is that if you want to build muscle, then you should do somewhere between 6 and 12 reps, while strength/power is a lower rep count of between 1 and 5.
