How to Increase Your Bench Press
Content removed.
Sorry, but you've posted this kind of stuff elsewhere.
Unless you're prepared to participate on here as a proper member, I cannot allow self promotion.
We're not here as way to increase your business potential, unless we get some return.
If you find this decision harsh, I'm sorry, but I think it's only fair, and the only reason I'm being honest and straight with you, is because you didn't just post a load of stuff about pills, , insurance etc etc.
Anyone else promoting thier ventures here, have given a fair bit to this site and it's members.

Not sure if you read the article, but it's a fair bit.Boss Man wrote:Sorry, but you've posted this kind of stuff elsewhere.

In all honesty it's just you posting a big article written by you, with your name, e-mail and myspace on it.
Sorry, but it looks like self promotion. It really does.
I'm not trying to sound hard on you or anything, but from the perspective of a board like this, you could come on here, post something very educated like that, and suddenly some of our members could start hanging around on your myspace, and / or mailing you for info or advice, they would have asked here, which is detrimental to communities like this.
I appreciate your understanding, and educated lengthy post, but for reasons stated above, it looks like some promo for you.
One other person here who is an ex-competitor, posts links to personal sites etc etc, but has given this site at least 200-300+ posts, responding to day to day stuff, here and there for months, not just posting extracts from their e-book, or any other stuff they write proffessionally, then giving out links or e-mail addressses.
I hope you can see point. This isn't meant as an aside to you. The fact you didn't just put links or e-mails up here, and then write stuff about Meds or or something like that, is why I'm giving you honest, friendly feedback on your actions.
If you were to hang around here, replying to stuff for a month or more, that's different, then at least you're posting stuff that could attract new members, and boost site potential, by getting more discussions indexed in the search engines.
It's kind of like a quid pro quo system.
What you've done is posted something written by you, then contact info for you. Kind of like saying "liked what you read? Then Myspace me, or mail me, and I'll tell you more stuff like this".
Then we potentially lose members who think, you're some kind of wandering messiah, or pied piper, and they start getting their advice off you, and from elsewhere, leaving communities like these less inhabited.
I feel your actions, though not meant as a highly negative act against sites like this, would benefit you a lot more than it would us.
I wish you well, and that's the honest truth, and I honestly am not trying to shoot you down fella, but hopefully you'll understand viewpoint
