So I've done the whole diet/exercise weight loss regime and I lost 35 pounds... I know what that takes and how to do it. I'm starting on another diet to lose about 20 pounds, but I want to gain muscle, and I want to do it faster than last time.
I'm just looking for any NON STEROID supplements that people may have tried that are known to work to help burn fat and increase muscle endurance so you can work out longer. I found TBAL75 (http://www..com/tbal75-trenbolone/), which is a non-steroid version of a steroid, but I wanted to see if anybody could confirm it's safe to take for a month or so, no heart or liver or "groin" side effects.
Thoughts on TBAL75 or other suggestions would be appreciated! I don't want to take a supplement that could be damaging, but I'd like something to help burn fat and increase the productivity of workouts.
Thanks!

Re: Safe Weight Loss/Muscle Building Supplement??
Hi Sstarzyk, good to talk to you.
To be honest the fact it's called a legal Steroid is bullcrap, because a legal steroid is a non-existent concept in mind, you either have an illegal steroid or a prohormone. It's not like comparing a legal and illegal gun.
As for the product itself, it's a supplement of sorts as it contains no synthetic ingredients, but a couple of the ingredients purport to cause possible issues like vomiting, dizziness and headaches and possible issues with blood pressure, as well as minor gut issues like diarrhea, so it's important to bear such thing in mind.

Hi Sstarzyk10,
The "legal steroid" jargon is a marketing ploy used to get you to buy their supplements. After more than 2 decades of consistent training and dieting, I can honestly say that I don't see a difference between taking supplements and eating specific types of foods that provide all the nutritional needs for fitness and bodybuilding. Finally, because supplement companies are not regulated by the FDA, there is no guarantee that the product you are buying today that seems "safe" won't have additives that build up toxicity in your body over months or years of daily use.
I hope that helps.
