Workout spacing

Post by anima »

Hi, I'm wondering if work out has proper spacing of muscle groups..

cardio is usually, every other day after i'm done weight training

day 1

chest

day 2

biceps / forearms

day 3

legs

day 4

shoulders / triceps

day 5

back

day 6

rest

day 1 / etc etc

I'm not sure which group muscles to separate, and how long a cycle should be.... Please help, and thanks alot!

depends what your weak point pointis...that should always be on day 1 or legs one or the other...a lot of peole are strongest at benches so they do them 1st...while their strong points get stronger, there weak points get weaker as they usually get done at the end of the week when fatigue and motivation wavers

i wood do this:

day 1 - weak point or legs
2 - legs if not weak point
3 - off
4 - back / chest
5 - off
6 - delts / arms
7 - off

if legs are weak point do this;

1 - legs
2 - off
3 - back / chest
4 - off
5 - delts / arms
6 - off
7 - start again or off

yeah there not large muscles so you should be able to do them all in one session like this

3 sets of heavy shoulder press
3 sets of medial delt
3 sets of rear delt
2 sets for tri
2 sets for bi
1 set for forearm extensors
1 set for forearm flexors
1 set for grip
