I benched the day before yesterday. And I feel perfectly fine. I felt perfectly fine yesterday, pecs felt like normal. Should I bench if pecs feel fine or should i wait, just in case?
I trained them pretty hard, im not sure why they feel so good lol.

u need to change your routine around as your pecs have become adapted to this one and isn't working very hard to do it OR your not training as hard as you say you are...if you think you can becnh again 2 days later at the same or better wt than there's something wrong...maybe post your routine to have a look at it
