Hey guys! I am a (aged 15) at a height of 183cm and weighing about 81kg. I would like to lose about 10kg by the end of 2015. Would it be possible if I do this workout daily?
1 set= 20 pushups, 20 crunches, 2 minutes of burpees, 20x weight lifting each hand. 4 sets everyday. And which part of your body does each exercise train? If it is not enough, can you guys tell me a better amount of each exercise?
Thanks! I know it's not that good to start working out at a young age but haha I want to train and tone up body!

Regards the training you could do a schedule something like this.
Squats, 2 sets, 10 reps
Lunges, 2 sets, 10 reps
Good mornings, 2 sets, 10 reps
Vertical flyes, 2 sets, 10 reps
Bent over Rows, 2 sets, 10 reps
Shrugs, 2 sets, 10 reps
Planks 30 seconds.
You would do that 3x a week every other day, with just your body weight for now.

Haha if I want to workout at home? house does not have any gyms nearby. I have dumb bells though haha
