I heard this story on the provincial news, quick google news search found a similar story on CTV

So there you have it!,
"What it comes down to is an understanding that it's not cholesterol in food that raises blood cholesterol," says nutritionist Wendy Hiebert. "It's fat, particularly saturated and trans fat."

Egg white shouldn't be a problem, but the article suggests that eating egg yellow is also not a concern.

Yeah by egg I meant whole egg, which it great because of the nutrients inside of the yellow

Yes, but Egg Yolk contains HDL Cholesterol, and 5g Fats, so that Fat / Bad Cholesterol combination, shouldn't be done in bulk.

Hence why I suggest 1 Yolk a day to be on the safe side. To get some Yolk benefit, but keep negative aspects low.
