I think I'm becoming obsessed.....
I'm down to 8 stone 13 which is 126 pounds from 10 stone 9 which is 149 pounds since November. weights gone up n down during this time between these 2 amounts but I think I've over analysed this coz I jump on the scales everyday as soon as I get up in the morning (and sometimes in the day too) well I've reached the target I set myself now I want to lose another 3-7 pounds I'm obsessing over food, exercise and the meds I have to take... All the clothes I haven't been able wear for years now fit a bit lose some. I'm gonna keep up the training coz I love it but I'm just worried I'll just want the scales to drop more and more. Stressing myself out here...

You need to stay off the scales and weigh once a week first thing in he morning after a toilet trip.
You can do this by hiding the scales, or perhaps putting them on a high shelf, with a piece of paper taped to them with the next weighing date, to remind you not to use them until then.
After you use them, cross out that date and write the next one, which should be the next weeks one, then out them back on the shelf.
