Hey all. new member. Just wanted to post up what i'm currently doing, and what I want to achieve, so you can give feedback. Also here for tips.
Currently weight 175 lbs. i started at 181 lbs in the beginning of May. I have been trying to do mini workouts at work in downtime, and i have recently bought a bike to go biking on. I have cut out 90% of junk food intake, stopped drinking soda, stopped eating chips, candy, etc.
Mini workouts consist of squats, then wall pushups (floor at work is not clean enough to do pushups on), after those i do a 30 second wall sit, then I do chair dips, and lastly lunges. These are the easiest to do in area.
I started at about 20 of each (10 per leg lunges), now I am at 50 squats, 30 wall pushups, 30 second wall sit, 30 chair dips, and 20 lunges per leg. I like to do this rotation at least twice a day (8 hour day) sometimes i can squeeze in 3 rotations.
bike rides starrted at about 5 kilometers averaging 13 mph. Last ride was 15 kilometers averaging 15 mph. I think i want t oreduce the distance, but up the pace. i think this will be more beneficial for losing wait rather than gaining muscle?
I took about a 3 week break from when I started on may 1, to now, due to an atv accident that left me immobile.
ahnywho, any tips? Should i be doing something different?

Hi Mr M, good to speak to you.
I'd do the lunges after the squats followed by the wall sits, then do everything else as you listed it.
Also I would only do the whole system once a day, or you're in anger of overdoing it.

you think doing it more than once will be to much? It's only about a 5-7 minute rotation. not a major event really.
Re: Hey all, new here. here's what I want, and what I do
I'd still say do it once a day, that should be adequate enough.
Re: Hey all, new here. here's what I want, and what I do
alright sounds good, I'll stick to once a day.
Also been skipping bike rides, dealing with a ton of smoke from forest fires so I dont want to be heavy breathing in that stuff.
