
well I went to bed at 8pm after a bbq we had as it was a nice day we had some really healthy lean meat like chicken breast & veggie kebabs, ostrich and kangaroo steaks and an ostrich burger.... I didn't eat the whole lot by the way I stopped when full but it did eat 2 chocolate cookies and half a pint of skimmed milk after.... Anyway I went to bed then woke up at 1 am came down to listen to music and read the boards n thought what the heck I'll do some upper body with barbell... Yes this was at 1 in the morning lol
So I did some bent over rows, barbel chin raises or whatever theory are called and barbell shoulder raises then bicep curls, was lovely lol then I did a gentle 20 min walk on treadmill and am finally tired again so hopefully back to bed!!!!
