I've just done aHIIT treadmill workout what to eat now?
Hi I warmed up for 5 mins then did 20 ins of HiIIT on treadmill 5 min cool down now i heard blueberries and natural low fat yoghurt for the antioxidants and protein are good for muscle recovery. I just had this did I make a good choice?

Ys this would be a good workout recovery meal as you're getting slow and fast digesting protein from the yoghurt, fast digesting sugar from the yoghurt and blueberries to elevate your blood sugar and protein from the yoghurt to help your muscle recover and also 40% of your protein intake can be used to form muscle glycogen and the small amount of fat in the yoghurt could be used as a secondary energy source.
