seems like any other overpriced powder out there...i go for powders without carbs in it as you can always add them so if you need it as a meal replacement (which isn;t desirable anyway) then you don't have to have 30g+ of unwanted or needed carbs...the problem with the powders that have evrything packed into them is that 1 serve is 1/2 a cup...the tub looks huge but at 78g per serve you'll only get 35 or so drinks out of it so 3 weeks tops if your 2 day...there's probably better options but there's so many brands in the states it's hard to know what's good and what isn't...nitro tech is good i've had that before

Do you think i should just concentrate on taking Whey Protein and building muscle opposed to taking this powder and building mass.

supplements don't do anything proper food and training doesn't do...some just want a quick and think supp's will do it for them but unless your training and calories are in order, they won't work anyway...best time for them is if you have platuead for musle gain or fat loss, not inducing it
