Hi everyone,

Well I've worked up the courage to do this... I figure I can document changes here... this picture is from not too long ago on a vacation. head is cut off, and color is modified for anonymity sake.

I am hoping to get more toned and a little leaner for next vacation, by November.

Let me know any thoughts... criticism is appreciated!! It'll motivate me... in terms of timeline... you think I can get that tone, fit body (especially abs) for November?

i think you look pretty good although photo quality isn't great...you could easily get a "6 pack" by november and you look lean already so you'll need to be pretty strict w/ your diet and exercise as the closer to your goal you are the harder and longer it will take to actually get there

sorry, quality is an issue, I couldn't find a better full body picture... I am going to start taking them deliberately...

I know... right now it feels as if I have hit a plateau, and it is extremely frustrating... I feel like I am soooo close, but it's just that last extra bit which is stubborn!

I've been told abs are 70% diet, 30% weights/cardio... true or myth?

I think you're doing okay, so don't apologise for anything.

I also see no reason, why you can't achieve pretty much what you want. Hang in there and good luck :).

You look pretty damn good. I'm like close to twice your hips. I don't think I can lose 'em...

What sort of program do you follow? Food you eat? I'd like to know..if you don't mind!!!

viewtopic.php?t=3196---> Diet

viewtopic.php?t=3178---> Work Out

problem is I've always been in around this body type/size/weight... I've neve rbeen much bigger, max 5-10 lbs bigger, but I've also never been much smaller (aside from when I was shorter, younger, etc)...

So I don't know how long and if ever I will get that perfect body I want... It's FRUSTRATING!

Eh..me either..I've been the same exact for the past 2 years, maybe 3...which is a good thing...but shape changes around the hips and , depending on activity level...not even food.

I noticed with body, food is not the REAL issue. Activity is (with or without working out.)

Now;
food been crappy for the past week.
activity is there, but with no workout since Sunday..

but...I'm still the same shape, a light , just cuz of bathroom...and
i actually dropped a little weight...=S!
