Hi,
I have just joined a small gym at new job and it isnt very well equipped. I can work out routines for upper body using freeweights and some of the basic resistance machines they have. I intend to work abody part per day but a leg workout is the problem. There is a quads machine and a hamstrings machine but apart from a cardio rowing machine there is no other machine that i can use for a leg workout, not even a barbell to do squats with. Please help!
