Morning sisters,

Lots of walking today shopping and Evening workout walking/jogging in place/dancing

Chris, great workout last night and a great walk in this morning too, I see. Plus one later today. Glad there is less pain in your arms today too. I too, find that stretching helps a lot, hence Pilates/Weight Workout combos I do a lot. Good idea on slowly increasing the weights. We did that years back. Just boo hoo a lot now with cardiologist limiting me to only 5 pounds. To someone who used to bench chest over 100 lbs....very sad LOL

The darker brownies were yummy and I hope the one call takes care of the problem.

Glad you got an afternoon walk in yesterday, Bama.

I see a great workout this a.m., too Bama.

Wow nice size shower. Well you know how I feel about mine and those *&&** shower doors LOL I see we both got some good RLW's in with the cleaning yesterday.

Oh yes, remember moniker the "idiots" of the medical field LOL

Oh I will get meds, that's certain, it's just going to be if I change from one to another.

Can't wait to see the pics of your azaleas today.

Molasses hope your night went well and your day today as well,

Well off to eat, put face on and get ready for Terri.

Wish us luck,

Sue

Morning All,
I walked home for an added 20 minute walk last night but that was all. I have the car today so I will have to do better.

Great shopping Sue! Hope you weren't too tuckered out.
Nice yoga FitMo! You are all bendy now.
Good job on your workout yesterday Bama! I see you are cleaning as well. Something I need to put up the list of priorities. I do indeed live close to work. Before we had kids we always walked. I could live in the city here and not need a car most of the time but it takes a lot of planning. Our car is a convenience.

Wow, Chris how nice to live in a City where you can walk.

Workout today was the Dreadmill . 55 minutes. I watch a show on the Kindle while walking and it made the time fly by. So that is new to go workout (what ever that means. Sounds good, anyway)

Hi Sue and Mo.

I have bought some RX from Canada some were cheaper and some were not . Just depends on what you need. I have the name of the place that I used if anyone interested.

Morning sisters,

Well I didn't do workout last night I was exhausted and plus allergies were working over time so had to take an allergy pill and we all know what happens when you combine tired with an allergy pill....yup I slept the sleep of the dead...instead of short naps in between pit stops as us "old folks" do most nights LOL (Chuck came up with this one....not me...so will give credit, where credit is due LOL)

Oh Bossman, I don't have to go to Canada....I have options in the U.S. it's just this place and their annoying questions....I get meds at a very good price.

Great walk home Chris, and a nice walk at lunch should do it...if it's feasible with your weather and temps. Cough cough....we are going to 87 today and 91 tomorrow....way too early for these temps, but we have had it happen before.

I am with you Chris, we'd love to just find a place where we could walk period. One of the things I loved about NYC, don't need a car, with subways, buses, etc.

Great workout this a.m., Bama.

Molasses, hope your day goes well.

Well I am off to eat, vacuum, do some reorganizing of a cabinet with hubby and the list goes on....

Back again and yes I did get a lunch time walk in. Thanks Sue! Our temps are fantastic for us just a little cloudy but "we all need a little rain sometimes". Bet you are singing that one now!!

Sorry about the tired/allergy combo Sue. I like the "naps in between pit stops" I will probably be there before long. Your Chuck is one funny guy.
Great job on the TM Bama. It is a nice way to catch up on shows while you walk. Yes it is nice to be able to walk anywhere. Eventually I would like to live back on the farm though.
Hope you are having a great day FitMo!
Later Gators!

Oh Chris, I see you did get your walk in today and of course, me and Debbie and Donald are crooning together....

Thanks on the allergy stuff and yes, I'd thought you'd like that one...oh he's a hoot....even after 40 years!

Well I am off to go breathe, do meds and take a nap...

Good Morning All,
Well nothing much else to report exercise wise. I did start back to working on house cleaning using the FlyBaby Steps. I need to work that routine in and get working on spring cleaning too. So last night I cleaned kitchen sinks. They were sparkly. I also put in a load of laundry to wash and set it in the dryer this morning. Now I need to start those earlier in the night so that they do not interfere with working out. On tap tonight will be lower body workout with no weights. So squats and lunges and the like.

Good Morning Sisters,

Sounds like you have a good start on Spring Cleaning , Chris and a good workout plan.

This morning I did 30 minutes of Cardio plus 30 minutes of weights . Full body on the weights . I use a Leslie Sansone dvd which I think is a great strength workout . It consists of 80 plus squats in different positions. So I will probably be sore some later.

Morning Sue and Mo.

Morning sisters,

On tap for today....10 Minute Solution Slim & Sculpt Pilates with Pilates Band with Suzanne Bowen Warm Up, Lower Body Pilates and Pilates for Flexibility and Evening workout walking/jogging in place/dancing

Chris, good for you on the Flylady cleaning, had a friend in Texas from the old BHG board who said cleaning methods were a lot like Flylady and I went and checked it out and she was right, the site is a blow by blow of how mom did a lot of stuff growing up. Which, of course, she passed on down to me.....the "cleaning gene" LOL

If you do have some slips write yourself up a room by room list so you can cross off what you do...makes you feel great and the room looks good too LOL

I see you got some sparkling sinks....love that too. Thanks for reminding me I have to do a gentle wash this a.m.

Have fun with the squats, lunges and the like tonight.

Don't forget to do some "soft stretches" arm in crock of elbow and gently pull it across...very gently in your case, but helps.

Great workout this a.m. Bama. Yeah I imagine some achy thighs.

Hi Molasses, hope you get in a nice workout also today.

Well off to finish boards, check mail, eat, workout and time to do the fans....yup, we hit 87 yesterday and broke a record and are headed to 92 today....hence "fans"....as I don't want to have to put the a/c on, which hubby WILL do if there are NO fans LOL Mind you I was fine yesterday with jeans, socks and light shirt, him he had shorts and a t-shirt on and was still warm, so will be getting out his tank top today LOL

Have a great day sisters and weekend too, me I have a date with bathrooms tomorrow and a dust rag LOL

Hey All,
I got a nice long walk in on this cloudy day. We got out early and walked for 45 minutes.

Enjoy your workout Sue! I have to remake the cleaning habits. We always do get some cleaning done but this is to make it easier for us. Hopefully to not clean so much on the weekend when the weather gets nicer for us. I have lists for rooms done up and I just need to print them.

Great workout Bama!! Enjoy the "sore" as it is change in disguise. Yes I am getting into starting spring cleaning. Also I am trying to establish better cleaning habits that work for me. I let them fall be the wayside again! :Hahabonk: So I am getting back up and doing things right.

Hope things are going well for you FitMo.

Have a great day all!! :D

Chris, glad to hear you got a nice long walk in and yes Suzanne got me nice and stretchy and lower body a darn good workout too LOL

Glad the lists are done and as for making them work, if you can set aside 20 minutes a day to do an area, room, certain items in all rooms etc. I am doing better according to Chuck and not as obsessive/compulsive as I was...helped by old body not being able to do all I used to in a couple of hours etc.

Molasses, hope you are having a nice day.

Fans are all done and set up....Chuck made up the scrambled eggs while I cleaned and set them up. He did the testing LOL So we are ready for 91 temps and more.....well not really but the fans will help, plus we see the a/c being on too this weekend.

Take care and have a great day and weekend,

Hi, all,

Yesterday was a rest day for me since it was errand day and I had plenty of things to take care of. Today I walked 4.5 miles on the TM after supper. I had a friend come for lunch today, so didn't have time until then. If I had worked out yesterday, I probably would have taken today off, but I hate to take off two days in a row so I was glad to get it done.

Have a great weekend, everyone~
