Morning sisters,

Already got dusting in this morning, after on line checks and breakfast, will vacuum, wash the kitchen floor and then off to Lightroom and slide show program.....

As for workouts today...RLW's of vacuuming and mopping the floors.....Evening workout walking/jogging in place/dancing

Bama, I see you got an awesome workout in, so what did you watch on Netflix.....did you stay at a steady speed on the Dreadmill?

Molasses, hope your day goes well.

Chris, hope the trip is going well,

Have a nice day,

Sue

Afternoonn all,

Sue I watched Leverage . It was a TNT show but i think was cancelled . Anyway I watch the first Episode . As I said it made the hour go much faster . Otherwise I would have never been able to stay on the Dreadmill that long.
Someone coming to look at the house today at 5. 30. Hope it's the one.!!!!!!!!!

Hi Bama,

OMG We loved Leverage, within 5 minutes of the first episode....I was hooked, but I have always loved Timothy Hutton, and Christian Kane and we fell in love with Parker....aka Beth Riesgraf and Aldis Hodge....and NO NO NO it was not cancelled, and ended wonderfully....and as you can tell it's on our Wish list at Amazon.....I am forever saying....."WE GIVE THEM LEVERAGE".....

Sending HOUSE BUYING VIBES that this is the one!

This is confusing me. I would have thought leaves are not very stable things.

Hey All,
Back from quick trip away. Mom needed someone to be at the house for her as she was having trouble catching her breath. She got bronchitis. Any how I went and am back. Nice drive both ways and a blizzard in the middle (that I didn't have to drive in). I did Hip Hop Abs yesterday on a very low volume when mom went for a nap.
Have a great day all! :D

Good to see you back, Chris, and yay on the Hip Hop Abs! Hope your mom is feeling herself soon.

Hope your showing went well, Bama, and you get an offer. Great workout for you on your new "treadmill desk!" :thumb:

Good workouts for you, too, I see, Sue!

Strength training for me today.

We are getting snow on this first day of spring, but I can't imagine it will stick around too long.

Happy Spring Equinox, everyone!

Good Morning Sisters,

We it was a no show last night . The realtor didn't call untill 5 30 which was the time they were supposed to be there . We had already left. DH was hot . So we got to come home . Thank goodness for cell phones. I guess they are good for something besides sitting around and playing on them when you are at someone house !!!! A pet peeve of mine.

Chris so glad to see you back and sounds like Mom is ok . Glad you didn't have to drive in blizzard conditions. and a great workout while you were gone .

Mo, I like Treadmill Desk . I put laptop on it this morning but was more comfortable with the Kindle yesterday . The lap top is a lot bigger than the Kindle . And again the time went fast .

Sue, Timothy Hutton is in a new show that I think just started last week . I saw the first one but not this weeks I think it is called American Justice. Could be wrong on that .

Well I did Jillian's Beginners Shred this morning . It is 3 levels each one being 20 minutes no cardio in it. I had to use lighter weights than I am use to . You are supposed to do Level 1 for 10 days and then Level 2 for ten days and on though Level 3. I must say I am a little confused as I thought you needed a day of rest between strength workouts. Also walked on Dreadmill for 35 minutes using "new Desk"

Bossman you are to Funny !!!!!!!!!!!

Well I have gabbed enough . Time for some lunch . We have been eating our main meal early and not sure if i like that or not . Last night I was climbing the walls looking for something to eat . So I may have to change that or find something with out calories for the evening . LOL

Afternoon sisters,

I agree with Bama, Bossman you are funny...missed that this a.m., still tired.

Bama, sorry on the no show.

Great workout and yeah I caught a clip on channel 24 of the show...not something that interests us, but thanks.

Hope lunch went well.

Well I am off to breathe and nap having a hard time keeping eyes open.

Have a nice weekend all,

Sue

The irony is I wasn't trying to be funny, I was literally confused by you talking about a leaf on the treadmill .

Morning sisters,

Had a good night's sleep with the help of an allergy pill (allergies were driving me nuts). Saturday means washes and bathrooms and we are planning a nice "photo walk" today, we hope.......Also have to make up tuna fish for lunch next week too.

Well off to get some sustenance and get started.

Bossman, I was wondering if you knew she was lady about the table leaf but wasn't sure. Us ladies are very creative finding "items" to help us when we want something LOL

Have a great day everyone,

Sue

Since I had more time today, I did Baron Baptiste's Power Yoga Level 2, which is 70 min. (compared to 45 min. for Levels 1 & 3). Felt good. :)

We ended up with 4 or 5" of snow yesterday, so that was an interesting spring equinox.

Glad you had a good sleep, Sue, and hope you get out to capture some more of the beauty of spring in your neck of the woods. Thanks for the spring wishes and pretty violets. :)

Boss Man, just in case you are not kidding, a table leaf is basically a plank of wood that is used to extend a table.

Bama, so sorry about the no show. Great job on doing Jillian and the TM!

Have a great Saturday, everyone!

Afternoon Sisters,

No workout for me so far . Looks like today will be a rest day .

And I like Table Leaf Treadmill Desk. LOL. I prefer the Kindle on it more so than laptop . laptop is huge compared to the kindle and was afraid of it tipping over.

I visited the store 2nd and Charles again today . Oh I could really spent hours in there. They also have a couple of bins on the outside of the store with free books . Sue , I found a couple of the sisterhood books in the bins . So I was a happy camper .
Any way it has become one of favorite stores and it's next door to a Hobby Lobby how that's for some fun shopping.

Good workout Mo.

I'm out of here for a while going over to Marie and Greg's at 3 so need to do some things here.

Greg just got back from visiting a Budweiser plant in Florida ( Business trip) so it will be a fun time looking at pictures and he says that they taught them how to really drink Beer!!!!! This should be interesting .

Afternoon ladies,

Sorry about the "winter like" spring equinox! I am blowing lots of "warm air" your way. Great workout today. Yes, we did get out and about and had a cat cross our path we got pics of, friendly little sweetie. Plus our resident squirrels were chasing one another up and down the tree across from our place. We caught them on the way back. He stopped, looked, twitched his tail, then ran up the tree LOL

Sounds like a wonderful store Bama, and best of all they have Fern and the Sisterhood!

Have fun at Marie and Gregg's and those sound like some awesome pics.

Well off to breathing and nap time.

Oh right I see. parents used to have an extending table years ago, because when you pulled the two ends apart you could flip the concealed middle the other way round and then the table was extended.
