Good Morning Sisters,

Chris , no Thank you on the snow but thanks for asking . :D Sounds like you may need some waist high boots. LOL.

Well I got workout in this morning after only doing a short one on Sunday .

Today was Gin Millers Kettle Bell . I think Wednesday I will give the kettle bell a rest . I think I may have pulled something in back.

Her DVD is a little easier than Bob Harpers and shorter in time.

Also 35 minutes of the Dreadmill.

That's all for me today . Having trouble with computer so if I am missing you know why. Am working on it myself so who knows what could happen .

Later Gators .

Beautiful, Sue! I'd envy your weather except 90 is a little too hot for taste. :D

I'll pass on the snow, too, Chris, but thanks for the offer. We have almost gotten rid of ours finally! So sorry about your forearm; I'm sending healing thoughts your way. Great job on getting those workouts in though!

Ouch, sorry about your back, Bama, and hope it feels better soon. Great workouts anyway, sounds like. :thumb: Good luck with your computer woes.

Strength training for me this morning.

Have a great day, everyone!

Morning sisters,

Workouts for today....10 Minute Solution Slim & Sculpt Pilates with Pilates Band with Suzanne Bowen Warm Up, Upper Body Pilates and Pilates for Flexibility and Evening workout walking/jogging in place/dancing

Chris, great job on the strength workouts this weekend. Kudos on getting them all in last week. Yikes on the snow banks Saturday and so sorry to hear about the tendonitis in your right forearm. HUGS on the arm and healing vibes coming your way. Having to make a change up might be the best thing to do. I had to this month period. As the back and foot and other issues, Pilates is it for the remainder of the month and will give the tubing workout a go for April. Oh I feel for you Chris, as the walk from the employee parking lot was close to a mile (depending on where we parked) and the drifts and snow high, like you, and I wore leg warmers, boots and they were both "very wet" by the time I got to the Dean's office, lucky had some nice towels to dry with and good heat so by the end of the day they were dry enough to do it all over again. Oh I wish you could send that snow our way Chris as we so need snow pack, rain and wet stuff this year. I see Boston broke their record for snow fall too.

Nice workouts this a.m., Bama, and ouch on the back. I sure hope you feel better soon. Yeah I'd skip the kettle ball and maybe even opt for some Pilates to stretch the back out.

As I said Bama, if you can write to me, do see and will see if I can help, if not Chuck can. Remember we did trouble shooting and set up years back.

Molasses, we hit a new record high for Sunday 91, however, it didn’t' feel like it, but then as I say all the time they have NO HUMIDITY here, so it's more like in the low to mid 80s. Great workout this morning.

In the vein of OMG what next, Chuck came out last night while I was doing the ice before bed time and say, what till you hear this one. He was watching a Hyundai Sonata commercial where the car is driving around in circle in a very nice big room and at the bottom of the screen it read: FANTASY DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS AT HOME!

Wow I mean "professional driver: do not attempt" was bad enough but FANTASY.....I give up!

Well I am off to call Handyride, have breakfast, workout and clean a "frost free" refrig that is full of frost before we go shopping.

Have a good day,

Sue

Happy St Patrick's Day, Sweat Sisters!

3 mile run with DD this morning. :sunshine:

Have a safe trip, Chris; hope all is well.

Hugs for you, Sue, and prayers for Chuck coming your way. Hope all is well. Good workouts planned, I see!

Bama, maybe you can download Firefox if IE isn't working for you? I know there are other browsers, too, like Google Chrome, but I use Firefox so that's what I'm familiar with. Mozilla.org is the website to download if you are interested. Anyway, great workout for you!

I picked up a corned beef for DH since it was on sale last week, but won't make it till Sat. since he isn't home for supper during the week. I'd have fixed it Sunday, but I forgot about it and made him a tuna casserole instead.

Have a great day, everyone~

Hi again sisters,

Sheets washed and looks good, we shall see better this weekend and after multiple washes.

Bama, download Firefox and use that rather than IE, it's FREE and has updates to it's program continually and very easy to do. I use it most of the time now myself. Rarely use IE and same for hubby, he uses IE only for bank stuff as IE takes RoboForm but Firefox does not. Only criticism we both have.

Great workout this a.m. Bama.

You too Molasses great run.

Thanks for the hugs and prayers and I wish I was at your house tonight as we love corned beef but the pieces out here are terrible looking.

Well I am off,

I visited the neatest store yesterday It just opened in our town Called 2nd and Charles . A Buy Sell and Trade store . So many books and DVDS plus Electronics . Really a noce store . So I will be visiting it now and then . Good prices on DVDS and books. I really didn't look at the electronics but I will the next time.

Morning sisters,

On tap for today Lots of walking today shopping and Evening workout walking/jogging in place/dancing

Gotcha on the corned beef Molasses, so I should arrive on Saturday LOL

Bama, I didn't like Firefox and resisted for a long time as I am spoiled by just using Roboform to fill in passwords, etc. But you can bookmark very easily in Firefox and make fav folders too so did that and am adjusted like I usually do with the normal crabbing in the beginning.

The store sounds wonderful. He is about the same today, Bama.

Thanks Bossman. I hope he is too.

Well off to check mail, etc.

Have a good day all,

Sue

Yoga for Flexibility for me today.

Yup, come Sat., Sue! Sending more hugs and prayers to your house, as well as some good shopping vibes.

Nothing exciting here--still working on taxes, Bama. Great workout for you. Hope you get some more action on your house. Now I'll be specifically requesting buyers who don't have a house to sell first! That does sound like a good store--maybe a little dangerous!

Have a great day, everyone!

Hi sisters,

Chris you are in thoughts and prayers...

Bama, good luck with Firefox today. Glad to hear the people liked the house and hope theirs in WI goes quickly. What book are you reading? As I said, they store sounds wonderful

Thanks Bossman hubby has heart issues so hard not to get scared.

No still there Bama, but a bit less but as you will see in Grocery Report/Catch up.....he will be going to see his cardiologist

Great workout Molasses, and thanks for the Chuck wishes...I would love to be able to come to your house for dinner. Spent many vacay in NJ with plethora of aunts, uncles and cousins....remember grandma had 24 brother and sisters (many twins) and so it was a very LARGE extended family....back in the day we called it our own "Peyton Place" and it rivaled some of the stuff that went on in Peyton Place.....seriously...not kidding.

Well I am off to comics,

Morning Sisters,

Workout for me today was 65 minutes on that old Dreadmill.

I put a leaf from table across the arms of the Treadmill and watched a show on kindle (netflex) Before I knew it I had 65 minutes finished.

Happy Day ya'll

Raining here today but warm .
