Work out this morning . 35 minutes on the Dreadmill and Lower body , Squats, lunges etc.
Normally I do full body on Monday but this week I changed it up to Upper on Monday and Lower on Tuesday etc. No sure I like it but thought I would make a change
I think I have finally found a solution for aching feet. LOL Lose some weight . They are carrying too much weight around .
On tap for today is Evening workout walking/jogging in place/dancing plus RLW of vacuuming. Tired this a.m., would just love to go back to bed and sleep but NOT gonna happen as then I will never sleep at night and have shopping tomorrow with Terri.
Yeah on the nice Spring day and above freezing temps too, Chris. I will also blow some of the "extra hot" air we will be getting today. Glad you got a nice walk home in too, yesterday. Glad you enjoyed the comic. Yes, it's appropriate, it seems to so much of the country this year. LOL about the unmentionable drawer too. Yes, skating really does work on those calf muscles.

Thanks, Chris--it is a good day for me. I just passed ACE Health Coach test this morning. So glad you are getting out in the sunshine! It has warmed up here, but is overcast. Still it's starting to feel like spring may be coming, so I can't complain. Do you have co-workers that walk with you at lunchtime?
Thanks for the hugs, Sue; I'm sending some back to you, too! I slept a bit better last night, but am planning a Benadryl tonight to do some catching up. I didn't want to take one last night and end up being groggy this morning. Looks like a great workout for you--hope all that activity helps you sleep tonight.

Dentist today for both DH and I . I don't know how we got the same day one after the other but that good cause won't have to do it for another 6 months.
Workout for me this morning was 30 minutes on the Dreadmill and usual upper body workout . I need to find another workout as I think I am in a slump . Also 80 wall squats. mission today will be to look for a different strength program . I know I must have plenty . Maybe a Bob Harper or Jillian . (She is tough)

Got a walk home last night and... (wait for it) ... I did get an upper body workout in!!! Felt good too! The workout was dips, reverse chin-ups, lateral raise, triceps kickbacks, hammer curl and bench press.
Yay for you FitMo!! Congrats on passing the health coach test. Great yoga workout that should help with the stress. Hope you slept better last night.
Good workout Bama! I am sure you will find something. You could always do some of the S90 day workouts. I saw some Jillian workouts on sale recently at a great price but I didn't pick them up. Ooohhh it was hard!

On tap today Lots of walking today shopping and Evening workout walking/jogging in place/dancing????? I say question as back is breaking this morning, was up from 4 a.m. on with it doing the spasm thing on and off, finally took a Bufferin at 5 a.m., so wish me luck. Couldn't even bend over to put computers on this a.m., hubby had to do it. All I can say I am so glad Terri is taking us, as having to stand and wait for Handyride, don't know if I could have made it.
Cause I am an "old granny" Bossman LOL and she's dancing graphic I have used for a long time now LOL
Though have to say Bossman I did and still love Tweetie pie and Sylvester! One of our fav comics for both of us.LOL

Slept well till 4 a.m., as I said but from there on....not so much.
What a beautiful day!!! Okay so it was trying to rain on me but I will take it. I got out for a 35 minute walk. I did not want to come back inside. The sun came out at the end of walk so I had a little sit down and enjoyed it.

FitMo yes I do walk with a couple of gals from work here. They are starting to workout a little too. One of the guys they work with got his trainer certification and gave them a little bit to do. Now we all check in with one another to make sure we are getting our exercise in. Have a great day all!

Mo, I like Billy . I have a few of his . I especially like one of his that is only on VHS . It 's for over the 40 group and the one lady is in her 70's and can kick that leg higher than Billy can .
Well eveything ok with the Dentist . Good for another 6 months . We had appointment back to back . I took kindle and He did sudoki from the news paper while he waited for me . Tomorrow get the results from blood work and then that will be finished also until fall.

I would change the order of these things and make a small amendment Chris so it looked like this.
bench press, reverse chin-ups, dips, lateral raise, e-z bar curls and hammer curl.
You're best off working big muscle groups before small ones as you need stabilisers and synergists to assist so you could improve the chest part of a workout, by having the smaller associated muscles fresh. The chins will work the back, so as the back is a stabiliser for the chest it's more preferable when done afterwards, not before.

Back again after a 30 minute walk outside. Much cooler than yesterday! All the slush out there has frozen and makes a slower walk.

I did not do walking, etc last night, went to sleep, woke up at 1:30 a.m. and again at 5 a.m., or around that time. But slept well otherwise.
As for today, RLW of dusting and vacuuming, dusting part is done already, except for computer room, which will get done after dinner and vacuuming after breakfast this a.m. Then tonight...Evening workout walking/jogging in place/dancing
Chris, your walk sounds wonderful and I always went outside in the Spring and Summers back in the day and had lunch out there. I never "went out" to lunch like so many of "co-workers", unless someone invited me and paid the tab. Yeah I know, but I just couldn't see spending "money" for lunch. I brought own, along with own drinks too (Diet Dr. Pepper) and it was a very 'WELL KNOWN FACT' in every office I worked in "murder, death, kill" to any who were stupid enough to 'touch' Sue's Diet Dr. Pepper. When I temped they stayed in cooler and years later for jobs with no frig's I had a cooler.

Molasses, Bufferin didn't last so had to take a faux nuprin but that did help and I just walked very very slowly while shopping. I see you had a date with Billy yesterday. LOL
Bama, I am Chuck and I are NOT the only ones who are thinking the days are going so much faster since the change. Thanks Bama, yes back is better today and shopping went great....I sent Grocery report email LOL
