Good Morning all,

Got a workout in this morning . Lower body and 25 minutes on the dreadmill.

Looks like I may make a run to Kohl's got coupon in the mail and it was 30 % off so since they are near by may do that . Other than that it is the usual Saturday . Over to Marie and Gregs after the guys play golf and then home . The Good Witch is on tonight and I still have last weeks to watch so that will be evening .

Take care have a wonderful week end and stay warm and drive careful if you are where there is a lot of snow.

Afternoon lovely ladies it's Cherry Blossom Sue.....sniff sniff....smells sooo good LOL

Oh and sorry but going to 80 today, so I have windows open....

Molasses, doesn't surprise me, library trumps yoga!

I see you did it today.

Bama, good for you on the day off. As you know.....nothing nada zip for me on Sunday....always was a day of rest in house...mind you our versions of rest were different, with dad and I watching sports, while mother was the movie of the week on WOR, sister usually in her room doing who knows what and as brother got older he was with me and dad. If the game wasn't that great to me, I sat with them but read book instead.

Well on that note of reminiscing I am off to go check on the WOW thread and catch up and then go play some Ricochet, Super Collapse and the list goes on LOL

Have a wonderful evening,

Sue

Morning sisters,

Another one of those nights, woke up for a pit stop at 3:30 a.m. and didn't get back to sleep till after 5 a.m. GRRRR

On tap for today.....10 Minute Solution Slim & Sculpt Pilates with Pilates Band with Suzanne Bowen Warm Up, Upper Body Pilates and Pilates for Flexibility and Evening workout walking/jogging in place/dancing

A bit too tired for the resistance tube workout and all the moves. Plus stiff and sore so need Pilates.

Chris, I see it's Commonwealth day, enjoy the celebrations today.

Bama, so did you get those drawers done watching the Good Witch?

Well a good day to all and I am off to eat, workout, make a shopping list, bake a cake, and the list goes on. I sent weekly report Saturday....

Almost forgot remember the white crepe myrtle tree....well it's green already....

Good Morning Sisters,

Yes , Sue I did get those drawers finished. LOL. Since I am the only one that uses them I wonder how longe before they are messed up again.

I really enjoyed the Good Witch . I wonder if Dianna is watching it . I know we discussed watching the movies last year .

and I did get a walking workout in yesterday after noon. You all know that I use some of leslie Sansone walking DVD's as feet are so bad that I can barely walk outside (and I miss that) So it's usually the Dreadmill and her DVD's I can walk barefooted when doing one of hers. Well I did two of them which are 30 minutes each . One is call Yoga Walk . She does a one mile walk and then some beginning Yoga moves. The other was Walk and Kick this is walking with intervals of kick boxing . So I got some movement in during the afternoon.

Today was Strength training upper body 3 sets of 15 of 7 moves with 10/15 pound weights. I haven't found Kettlebell workout yet . I want to work that into rotation .

Great workouts everyone

Sue that is a beautiful picture of you flowering trees. Ours don't bloom until June or July . We just cut ours back . I do have two white ones and 4 red ones. They are so pretty . The back of our house is lined with honeysuckle bushes and the smell is so wonderful . Sad to say lately we have not been here to see it as we usually go up North in April . When we first moved here the Bees were everywhere on those bushes now hardly any . :(

Well now I am off for a spell.

Happy Monday Everyone .

Good Afternoon All,
Well we had a great day on friday, took the kids to the sliding hill in the afternoon. We got out skating on both saturday and sunday afternoons. It was a nice break. Today I got a 20 minute walk to work and then a 30 minute walk at lunch so far.
Sue those are lovely pics!! Sorry about the night. Enjoy that pilates!
Great strength workout FitMo!
Oh Boss Man I have the worst fights with that "inner slob" of mine.
Great workouts Bama, both the walking and the strength.
Have a great day all!

Bama, I just saw a kettlebell workout in new Self: http://www.self.com/body/workouts/2015/ ... slideshow/ so I thought I'd come post it for you. I sure miss Dianna. I hope she and her family are doing well. That is sad about the bees; I don't know what we are going to do if the bees don't make a comeback. Yay on your walk yesterday and your strength training this morning!

Sounds like a fun weekend, Chris; and skating probably works some muscles you don't normally use so that's a nice bonus! Great job on your walks. :thumb:

Sorry about your rough night, Sue. I've been having those, too. I fall asleep okay, but then wake up after 2 hours and don't fall asleep again till the sun starts coming up. It stinks! Hope the Pilates makes you feel better.

Hi ladies,

Well had sustenance, did workout, we made the shopping list up, I made lemon cake up and it's cooking away. Also got a call in to the colonoscopy department at UMC just in case primary says nada to the home one. However, I will be pushing for that one. Also made some more calls I needed to do.

Bama, I see you got that drawer done. I have one I have to do too, our "unmentionables" LOL Gosh I laugh and think of grandma every time I hear that word LOL

Like yourself it's forever getting messed up LOL

Glad you enjoyed the Good Witch, Bama. I hope Dianna taped it as I know she was busy with the RFL stuff this weekend, as she cooked up a storm all week....lots of food for a lot of people this year.

Good for you on the workout yesterday Bama, and today's was a great one too. Putting me to shame with Pilates only and walking, etc tonight.

Thanks on the picture, Bama. These will eventually turn that reddish/pink color here too, Bama. We are just getting very "warm temps" hit 78 yesterday and today and tomorrow most probably the 80s. Doesn't bode well for our summer.

Chris, sounds like an awesome weekend and I loved to skate. We had lots of ice ponds around us growing up, plus Lake Ronkonkoma, but had to be careful there, cause some soft spots and many a skater fell in.

Great walks today and all the skating was a great workout for the weekend too. Thanks on the pics. pilates were wonderful.

I got that kettle ball workout too, Molasses, unfortunately don't have one LOL

I miss Dianna too, but luckily I hear from her as I write her. In fact going to drop her a line about the weekend.

I am with you Molasses on the bees, while I am very allergic, we need our creatures of nature to do their jobs.

Aha another victim of the crummy night's sleep department, I see Molasses. Yeah well nothing to do about it, old age stinks sometimes LOL Yes Pilates did do the trick, thank goodness.

Well I am off to lunch,

Have a good day,

Sue

Good Morning Sisters and anyone else out there,
We should be having a lovely spring day here. Sunny and going above the freezing mark!! :sunshine:
Last night I got a 20 minute walk home to complete exercise for the day.
Sue thanks for the spring comic! It was hilarious! and appropriate as we still have 5 foot snow banks everywhere. Oh I could really feel calves when I was skating! Ha that is so funny I just straightened up unmentionables drawer too. Must be spring!

Sue please let Dianna know we are all thinking of her and would love to know how things are going.

BBL!
