Desperate for your help

Hello,

I'm a 48 year old that has always struggled with his weight. problem is that I'm about to go on the road for an extended and wont have access to a gym a lot of the time. I wondered if some of the forum members here would mind sharing any exercises for losing weight that don't require going to the gym :?:

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi PTBK, good to speak to you.

With regards to the training you could do a schedule something like this.

Squats, 2 sets, 10 reps

Lunges, 2 sets, 10 reps

Deadlifts, 2 sets, 10 reps

Bench Press, 2 sets, 10 reps

Bent over Rows, 2 sets, 10 reps

Shrugs, 2 sets, 10 reps

Planks 30 seconds.

You would do that 3x a week every other day.
