Hey i really need to gain weight since i am underweight...i m thin i am still quite active and flexible.. weight is 52 kg nd height is 5' 8" age-22.
i love to eat anything(non veg as well) .....can you provide me a nutrition plan,a diet chart and food chart to gain weight..........some one please help me over here...how to gain weight as soon as possible?
and one thing more i'm from india so please provide me only those food which are easily available in india....and can you help me in choosing a supplement which can help me in gaining weight.

Firstly I'm not going to recommend any supplements as I don't really think you need them.
As for your eating what times do you eat and what foods do you eat at those times?

All fruit contains fructose (probably hence the name). Some contain glucose, like oranges and (if I'm not mistaken), bananas.
Really it's not the type of sugar you're taking in, but the amount of calories you're consuming. If you have 100 grams of orange, you're averaging less calories (oranges are really watery) (and also therefore less sugar, if you want to put it in those terms) than you would for say a mango or papaya.
Tropical & exotic fruit tends to have more calories and fat than "normal" fruit.

Well having checked, oranges and mangoes have less than 1g of fat, which is neither here nor there and I'm not 100% certain what you mean by "normal" fruit. Do you mean the fruit that is more popular and eaten more regularly by people in western countries, or do you mean something else?
