Hi id like to ask some:
1. Is it worth it to train the abs before you can see them clearly?(
isnt it a good idea to train them before to see them faster and they will be there when you can just see your flat stomach?)
2. situps or crunches?
3. what should be the waist size (or other particular specifications) for one to see the abs if he is 175cm tall?
4. with a strict diet programme (which results in a 1kg weight loss per week) and 3 days a week ab training how much should he wait to see the results?
5. is this overtraining the abs? : (3 days per week)
50 deadlifts
50 squats
80 leg raises
80 crunches
80 bicycle crunhes
80 oblique side bends
(all with a 10kg dumbbell)

thanks

i think you have posted this...
1 - not for mine...if you can see them than you'll have them won't have to train to get them...everybody has them but too mnay are fat too
2 - neither...holds, leg raises and deadbug variations
3 - depends on genetics...i'm 168cms tall and waist is 77cm
4 - how much wt do you have to lose? you have to lose fat wt too, not muscle and/or water
5 - the abs can take a lot of training without overtraining but it uses up a lot of time that you can be squatting, deadlifting and sprinting heavy and fast....so yes
