What Type of Blog Would You Rather Read?

Post by Warren C »

Hello all!

I just wanted to know what type of fitness blog would you be interested in reading:

1) A blog on one person's journey to getting fit
2) A blog on fitness and lifestyle
3) A blog on how to workout more efficiently
4) A blog on how to stay motivated and inspired to get in shape
5) A blog on how to get back into shape, after being out of shape for a long time

Thanks,
Warren

Hi Boss Man,

I'm torn between which type of blog to create. I want to help others get fit, but at the same time, I also want to be accountable personally, since I too struggle in that area -- and that's why the blog. But I also want to make sure there's an audience, or I'll just skip it all together.

Keep inspiring,

I'd say go for option one.

The only thing I would suggest is not to promote it on here, unless it was in a passive way, as I don't really like people posting things that look like a way of getting more site traffic for them, with no benefit to us. I only permit linking to external sites when the poster gives something back to us :).

Hi Boss Man,

Thanks for the reply and advice on which topic to choose. I also completely understand your point; but don't worry, I don't use forums as a way to get traffic; because honestly, I don't think it's as effective as it was in the past. :)
