son created an excel spreadsheet that calculates tonage for each exercise, muscle and entire body. If anyone is interested the download link is below. It can be used for full body, 3,4 day splits as well as 5 day different muscle per day workouts..

If not interested in it for the tonage, it's an overall great planner for training.

he's done well there the little tacker (he's probably 16 now that i've said that) and this will be handy for mmebers here who should be using a diary of some sort at the very least
