I'm a 19 year old girl, 5'5", 112 lbs. I consider myself fairly fit.
I exercise about a half hour every day, and have toned legs, arms and hips. problem area is fat. I mostly do cardio (lose about 300-400 calories per day) because I hear this is what burns fat. I try to eat as healthy as possible, about 1200-1500 calories per day. But no matter how much leaner and stronger legs, hips and butt get stomach is still not flat.
I don't need to lose weight, just the last bit of stubborn body fat. Please help! Any tips would be appreciated, thank you!

Hi there Lasty, it's good to talk to you.
I want to tell you you should be proud of the way you life and I'm proud of you for it too. I don't think you're a girl I think you're a young Lady and I'm reckon your attitude to others is probably one that would back up statement.
I would say that you should try to increase your calories a bit more. 1,200 a day is too few and 1,500 is a bit low. Sedentary females need 1,800 a day and you could include another 200-300 a day when you exercise.
What times do you eat at and what foods do you eat at those times?
