Slimmer thighs

Hey,

I'm new here and have a question.....

I work out regularly which involves 2 sessions of body pump, 1 session of bodycombat, 1 session of spin and 2 gym sessions where I change program every 4-6 weeks.

I am happy with progress however I one area I struggle with is thighs. Whilst they are increasing in strength and endurance undoubtedly I can't seem to slim them down at all. I know unfortunately there is no such thing as spot training to slim a certain area at a time but I was wondering if anyone had any advice?

If I keep doing squats and other excersises will I be actually increasing the size of thighs?

Hi Madgemad.

The squats and lower body stuff that are causing a strengthening effect are a good thing and you should keep doing them.

You might be able to manipulate your whole body fat ratio by adjusting your diet slightly.

What times do you eat at and what foods do you eat at those times?
