Hi since i dont like some of the things mentioned are these good subtitutes:
Instead of spinach i take vegetable soups (Knorr)
Instead of Oatmeal I take fruit n' fibre cereal
do I have to eat BY FORCE the 12 things listed ? and do i have to eat the same pattern everyday?
and does pasta for twice a week do any harm? spaghetto bolognese mainly. not a lot, 1 normal plate.
