cordon bleu, quick soup of Knorr and chewing gum.

Chicken cordon bleu is usually a pretty fattening food. If you make your own, make sure to use low/non fat cheese. I would probably just exclude it.

Just go with baked chicken for the protein. The soup could be very high in sodium, check on that. Gum is fine, doesn't add any value at all.

thanks man. i check the sodium? and if it has only some its ok to have it?

Yes just keep it under 6g for the day and it will be fine.

Use Gum with Xylitol. At least that way it will enhance any positive effects on the Teeth, whilst chewing.

I checked.the knorr suop it has 0.6 grams of sodium. good?

It's probably normal for soup, having 600mg's of sodium. It should be fine as long as you don't take in much the rest of the day.
