i do although its hard too do diets as its all american foods usually and im english

I'm with you there, I'm american and I'm ashamed of our foods, or at least the foods we've made famous...which I would be reluctant to eat even if life depended on it.

Sub the American foods possibly. Whatever they consist of, just use English alternatives,
