Hello all. Tips wanted.
Hello all, I am new to the forum and just wanted to get some advice on weight loss situation. I am a just retired college athlete, and I am in decent physical shape. However, I am about 25 lbs heavier than I would like to be. I can do a pretty wide range of works, as conditioning isnt bad, I can do a 5k in 25 minutes or so,things of that nature. I was just looking for some dietary and good workout tips on how to bring body fat/weight down over the next 3-4 months?
