anythin new havent had time to get on in a while hows everyone doin?

I have a slight concern traps got to big they dnt look verry good they arent verry proportional to arms, it looks funny any way to this?

not much really...this is the problem with tyraining traps too much, once they got big they won't reallty shrink back to normal size such as other muscles

i tried to upload pics to comp but its bein retarted ima buy a new one this weekend so ill put some up also some before and afters
