manboobs on a skinny dude

Post by Billex »

hi guys!
this topic is about something that has been bothering me for a long long time now so here it is.

So i am a fairly tall and skinny guy, and i just wanted to get a bit more fat on body without going to the gym or working out ( i know a lot of you guys light blast me for thinking like this but this was a while ago so please bare with me on this one)
and i knew this dude who went to the gym and asked hiw if there was a way to do this, and so this guy gave me a jar with powdershake, and toled me i should drink this with milk every day,a nd so i did.
but the only change i noticed was chest getting more fatty and nipples kinda start swelling. so i stopped drinking these shaked immediately, but the manboobs stayed.
so now im still as skinny but i kinda have small fatty manboob things :(
so i did some research about what could be causing this, and i kinda got to the point where testosteron/esterogen levels are out of balance? ( i think)
so here is question;
how can i get rid of these things? i am willing to do everything to get rid of these things!
the gym aint place but i am willing to do exercises at home, meaning a million push ups a day, i dont care! maybe nutrition tips? exercise shedules? exercise types?
please help me out guys, i would be very gratefull!!!!
many regards, Billex!

Hi Billex good to talk to you.

I'll get to the man boobs thing in a moment.

What you've learned from this is simply do your research :). Never use any supplement, because it's recommended by a friend, relative, sportsperson, medic or shopkeeper / vendor, because you don't know

A: what they know of it's true benefits and / or short / long-term side effects.

B: if it's a medic or sportsperson, is it financially beneficial for them to recommend it and does it guarantee their understanding of the product is A grade.

Trying to find unbiased non-promotional write-ups on supplements is a good idea in every case :).

It is possible the man boobs problem might correct itself in time, but you may need to seek medical advice regarding some kind of corrective therapy.

You can try and alleviate the problem with exercise, the best ones would be things like push-ups and vertical flyes that are body weighted and can be done at home, which would satisfy your workout at home criteria.

I can devise a simple workout for you if yo wish, but I would suggest seeking medical advice to be on the safe side in case exercise does not yield enough of a desired effect.
