ive just started to take whey protien powder and im not sure when to take it. for work out i usually do whatever body part im doing then after that i do cardio for 30-45 minties...should i take the protien shake before the cardio or after the resistance training?
i would have 1/2 before the cardio and then the other 1/2 straight after...try interval cariod for 10 - 20mins...will lose more fat and get fitter in 1/2 the time
