Personal training is not cheap by me. Do you think it's worth it?? even just to familiar and get comfortable with weights??

It will be worth it as long as the person has good credentials and qualified with a creditable organisation.

However it still comes down to the cost and you then have to decide for yourself about that :).

If u don't know about it, check out the app called groupon. I just bought 20 butt and gut class for only 50.00!!! Usually run 15.00 a class. I feel classes are much more helpful. You can still talk to the trainer before and after and you are with other people who are in the same boat. Buying workout equipment for the home usually collect dust. Having something that will make you be held accountable for will help pus u on ur off days. I say find something on there and give it a shot. :)

I still think they'd be better calling it bums and tums, as opposed to butt and gut, which just sounds a bit more crude :P.

I agree with Rock Chick, look for specials in your town which are offered on some PT sessions and group sessions. You can also check SweetJack.com for deals. Usually, the more sessions you buy and pay for up front the better deal you can get. Good luck!

I think that the first few sessions are certainly worth it – you are going to learn about how to exercise and how to do an exercise right. Especially when you first day, doing something ‘juuuuuuust a little wrong’ could lead to serious injury, which would ultimately lead to you being less motivated. Get a feel for it, become better, and then you become your own personal trainer!
