Can someone help?

Post by ewwen27 »

Hi there, I'm new here, just wanted to know if anyone could point me in the right direction.

I have searched the internet and have come up with a few different exercises and was hoping someone here might share their own. As a woman, and I'm sure most women out there, I'm having problems shifting the weight from 'love-handles' and lower stomach, can anyone here list of a few exercises they've done themselves with success so I can get myself on the right track?

Thanks in advance,
Ellen

Can you access a gym, or are you looking to mostly train at home?

I have access to a gym until membership runs out in mid April but will hopefully have a membership up and running again for the summer.

It might be better then to concentrate on some home based stuff mixed with cardio, as you can the sub the gym cardio for outdoor cardio when the membership expires.

So you could do something like this.

Squats, 2 sets 10 reps

Lunges, 2 sets 10 reps

Good mornings, 2 sets 10 reps

Vertical flyes, 2 sets 10 reps

Bent over rows, 2 sets 10 reps

Shrugs, 2 sets 10 reps

Planks 30-45 seconds

These are all body weighted exercises and you would do this routine 3x a week and fit it in around cardio in this way.

Day 1. Anaerobic workout

Day 2. Cardio

DAy 3. Anaerobic workout

Day 4. Day off

Day 5. Cardio

Day 6. Anaerobic workout

Day 7. Day off

How does that look?
