Hi, this is just out of curiosity. I've become underweight (from 139 pounds to 121 pounds at 5'10"), waist has gone down by 3 inches. arm/chest measurements are more or less the same .... so is it possible that most of the 18 pounds I've lost = 3 inches of waist I've lost? Meaning, the waist area alone has lost 18 pounds?
thanks.
Waist inches=how many pounds?

On that evidence I'd say it could be likely.

Thanks. So if I start bulking now, how will I make sure I don't regain all that weight in the midsection area again? Will calistenics do? I have no access to weights. Point is, I want to put on weight but not on the area again - so eating a lot plus calistehnics will do the trick?Boss Man wrote:On that evidence I'd say it could be likely.

Just don't overdo it on the fats and carbs. I'd limit both to 30% of total with each meal to be on the safe side.

It looks like you had suffered with any disease that is why the drastic change of your physique. Now do not think to lose a pound, just concentrate on your health, eat some healthy food and bring your physique back.

How can you tell the person has suffered with disease, as they never said that and what they said does not prove this, it only hints at the possibility.
