maybe we should do a separate journal like you suggested but i'm okay with doing either. Just to post weekly our results might make us more accountable if we have to post something!

Just got home from butt amd gut class. Wow. Yeap, pain lol . Felt it all day at work in stomach. Crazy. trainer came up to me and asked how long I've been working out for bc she's sees a determination in me. She even said I can start boot camp classes sooner if I want bc she feels I can handle both. I said let me wait a few weeks first and see how I feel first since I'm just getting back into the swing of things. Feels pretty darn good though to have her notice. She said she likes ream work and how I motivate others in the class as well.

Are you still going to school too?? That's really nice that there is only 6 people in the class and you feel comfortable in them too. Great job!

You'll be doing those boot camp classes in no time, because you've been there before and you know you can hack it, so it will be one of the best ways back, I feel, to the progressive path you wee on some months ago

sorry i'm indecisive but maybe we should just post in our own journals. Sorry i'm the most indecisive person there is.
But would love to be accountable to weighing in each week which i plan on doing.

I created a thing before reading this lol its under the women's section. 2014 group weight loss journey. If u decide to post on there its cool. Whichever u feel most comfortable with.

I can't wait to get started. I think after race in a couple weeks I will take that on. Well last week was grwat. Went from 245 to 242. Been using the fitness pall app and it has helped a lot with the calorie counting. I can't believe I am already on 3rd week of workout classes! Kinda bumbed about the changes on here as far as not being able to see how many views I have had on here. Last I checked was about 80 thousand views. It was just a cool feature to have. I wish the app was out for android I'm sure that's in the works. Any who, I have race this sunday so excited and nervous. First one since the injury. Plus I never ran in colder weather bc it slows me down. I know I won't have the same time as last yrs races but just getting back in the game and finishing is important to me. It's a sign of of a come back. I can't wait.

Good luck on your race sounds fun! i am able to see your number of views i think. you do have close 80,000.
