I'm on a liquid diet to lose a bit of weight by mid April or so, and am starting today.
I bought a **** load of chicken broth/vegetable broth/beef broth last night for it, and I'm not sure if I actually should buy any chicken/vegetables/broth for this, or if I should just drink the liquid that came in the can
in the directions on the back of the can, it says:
In a large pot over medium-high heat, add oil and brown ground sausage. Add smoked sausage and cook until brown. Add red onion and saute until soft, about 3 minutes.
stir in tomatoes and green chilies, beef broth, and Creole Seasoning and bring to a boil.
stir in rice and bring to a boil
it also mentions rice in the directions as well.
So...Since I'm in a liquid diet, should I be adding all of this, or just drink the liquid that came in the can?
