Thigh Fat
How do you get rid of thigh fat along with the side fat on your body and also get rid of the fat on your legs please help
you can't spot reduce so you need to lose from all over which requires a plan for training and a plan for eating which must be followed as close to 100% as you possibly can...for training do 3 x full body workouts a week supersetting upper and lower body exercises for 3 x 8 - 12 for 3 superset pairings...start off with 2 x interval training cardio sessions and abs on alternate days and we'll go from there...for food basically have protein and fruit for am meals and protein and veg for pm meals but obviously some simple carbs straight after wotkout
