I want to lose fat and i know i wanna do it with cardio but 1 day im motivated the other i dont wanna workout or run.
And i realy wanna lose that fat!

Some people say you can lose weight with diet alone and no exercise but, how quick would you like to lose your b/fat is the question? Combine to 2 together and you will see results much quicker IMO, plus you will feel better mentally and physically. I think having a exercise routine in place that you can follow will keep you from skipping it. Good luck!!

Hello. I think it would be good for you to figure out why exactly you want to lose fat and use that as your main motivation and always keep in mind what your body is going to look like when you're finished.
It's sort of like what Tahna from It's Me TahnaD on Youtube was saying here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rVjM9S3q9aY. She said that what sparked her motivation was when her daughter told her that she could not be a model because she's too old and out of shape. Well, Tahna decided to use that as fuel to prove her daughter wrong and to get in shape. In the end, she plans to book a modeling photo shoot by her 35th birthday this year.
You can also do small things to motivate yourself as well. For example, if you meet your weekly workout goal, then you can reward yourself by going to a movie, having a delicious fruit snack or chocolate, or even just having a nice hot bubble bath.
Just try to keep your future image in mind.
