Hi,
I started to work out in the gym since 3 weeks ago. Is 15-20 min per day of running and strenght training enought (1-2h/day 5-6days/week) to lose the last bit of fat ? I also have a good diet. Thanks in advance.

Hi Cipy, good to speak with you.
What is it exactly you want to know in relsation to fat loss? Do you want additionla advice or do you want critique about whether what you're doing is any good?

I wanted to know if weight training helps me to lose a lit bit of fat, the main train in this respect is the 20-30min per day cardio, running more specifically.
Re: Fat loss
Strength training can help to lose fat yes, as an extra 1lb of muscle burns an added 45-50 calories a day, due to things like the repair and growth process.
The main things to remember are
A: use correct technique
B: don't lift more than you can handle.
C: Don't use unnatural or potentially damaging movements, I:E wrist curls, behind the neck movements, side planks using the palms versus using the forearms etc.
The only other thing would be not to take too long, because if you're doing a weights workout for more than 1.5 hours every time, then something is amiss and you would need to refine what you do to get the weights workouts down to 40-70 minutes on a consistent basis.
