Hi everyone,
I am a 43 year young ex-runner (with a sub-2H25 marathon to name), who converted first to martial arts, then to bodyweight strength training after developping chronic achilles tendonitis.
I'm currently having a great time practicing muscle ups, front & back levers, and a whole bunch of other tricks.
