I just bought an Elliptical trainer,a Nordictrack CX1000-i am a 6ft 250,how often should i use it..i know your supposed to give your muscles time to rest,but can i do Elliptical everyday..like mon-fri for 30 min each day?..
you need to start some form of resistance routine...search "your body is a barbell" and do as prescribed than elliptical intervals 1min easy alternated with 1min hard x 10mins increasing 1 interval for each every 2 - 3 sessions until at 20 than increase resisitance and start back at 10mins
