As for eating healthy and exercising, those two things are a many varied thing that can either be a good omen or a bad omen.
The first thing to tackle would be the diet. I suspect you're eating healthy but your diet is not caloric enough and therefore you could be causing a starvation mode.
Also as 1lb of added muscle burns an extra 45-50 calories a day, you might have switched a higher calorie diet for one that is healthier but less protein rich, so if you have cost yourself a small amount of muscle that could also be counterproductive.
What times do you eat and what foods do you eat at those times?

I lost gut when I cut certain types of foods out of diet. For example) sugar and most starches.
