Help with toning
Hey there!! I have a healthy BMI, however, despite daily exercise (muscle building and cardio) and eating right, there are certain areas of body which refuse to shed their fat. I was hoping someone could pass along their advice on how to shed those pesky layers. main concern is fat, which even when I was underweight, refused to go away -.- Thanks loads in advance guys!

Knowing your diet will be helpful, as the foods you eat (and don't eat) can and will determine when you lose body fat!
