Newbie here, need advice for weight loss/exercise program

Newbie here, need advice for weight loss/exercise program
I'm a 54 year old female, 5'7", 175lbs, large frame. I eat very healthy for the most part (I like all foods), and walk briskly 3X week for 30 minutes. I'm in decent shape (size 10), good cardio condition ( I can easily run 1 hr+, although slowly), quite strong and not afraid of hard workouts. I want to lose 25lbs and have had a VERY difficult time due to postmenopause hormones and stress-related binging. I need to get on a regular "program" after the 1st of the year that I can do at home or outdoors. QUESTION: What program/schedule/diet do you recommend for the quickest & best results? I appreciate all answers.

A workout program that has giving me great results is Insanity by Shaun T. I did not want to lose a lot of weight so I consume a lot of protein. I lose 7 pounds in a course of 2 months. If you actually are interested in this program I recommend visiting a physician. Also, write down your eating habits and tell me so i can also help organize a proper diet what will get you the best results.
