I started to walk a lots since job consist of been sitting all day long now I get out and walk at lunch because becuase I just to just go to the lunch room and sleep...very tired I don't sleep well at night...but now I decide to try to go for a walk at lunch and coffe break....vamp wrote:Haven't used it but just read up on the features. An easy way to track everything except weight training type exercise. Looks easy to operate and access information. It won't help you get up and do the exercise or track resistance training (as I said). As a tool to track... sure why not. That is what it was made for. But if you don't do anything worth tracking, then why have it?
Cheers!!
hi....thx...yes but I really have to push myself to do it...sometime I don't walk the full hours but I assume that its better then nothing right...vamp wrote:That is just it, this is for you! Your health, better sleep, more energy, hopefully longer healthy life. They are your benefits to gain or lose. So why not gain them? With a little determination I know you can overcome the shyness and get in there and do what's right for you! You have already started by walking on breaks at work... That is against the norm of society and probably your workplace. So I know you can use that gym membership to its full advantage!
Have a great week!!
Hi Bossman....Boss Man wrote:Get back in there and train Nathalie. You don't need to feel out of place, because most people there don't and there will be people there who could be very overweight, so it's not like you'd be in a room full of 18-24 year old females, that weigh 110 lbs and make you feel frumpy and old before your time.
You're a lovely, lovely Lady and I want you to succeed for YOU.
So don't be afraid, just get in there and live it and make more of the person you are and feel more like you belong, because you WILL belong I guarantee it.
I'm sending you a BIG HUG and I honestly do get your sentiment about the awkward feelings you had in the past, but you needn't feel awkward, just proud of yourself for doing what millions who need to and have the time and ability to do, cannot be bothered to do, which is give a real damn about themselves and as a result just sit around eating themselves into a potentially bad place.
Trust me you'll thank yourself for going back there, because this is for YOU, nobody else just YOU and you ARE worth it.
Be brave, be strong and no worries okay.

Yes I did have a trainer for 4 weeks....but I felt that he was not the greatest.... I don't want to be negatif about him but I was expecting more for what I pay.Boss Man wrote:You had a trainer last time though didn't you, so if you went back and could get one again, then you'd have the understanding of what to do, instead of just guessing.
This gym is open 24 h but I get up at 5:30 am and got to leave by 6 and don't get back from work at about 7:30 is it bad to go to the guy at night without no supper...well I usually don't eat supper I don't have time but son told me that maybe I should go just the weekend since I don't have time during the week and work out 2.5 hours saturday adn 2.5 hours sunday so that maybe it will make out for the week day that I missed.Alinshop wrote:Boss Man wrote:You had a trainer last time though didn't you, so if you went back and could get one again, then you'd have the understanding of what to do, instead of just guessing.
^ Agree!! Working w/ a trainer will should allow you to feel more comfortable with the whole gym environment. Try going during non peak hours when there are less people to deal with!
